At Torch, I had the privilege of developing a personality assessment, the “Leadership Personality Reflection.” I was the primary lead and executor on every aspect of the project, from scale development and standardizing scores to text feedback and visualization.
I received overwhelmingly positive feedback from the hundreds of participants who took it: overall they were satisfied with the assessment, said it described them accurately, and reported that it helped them learn something new about themselves. One participant even said it was the best part of their professional coaching experience!
